Additional Information
Exhibit Table Dimensions & Limitations
The table-top exhibits come with a 6’x30” linen draped table with two chairs. Exhibitors shall arrange their display so that they do not obstruct other exhibits. Floor displays may be used behind the table provided the display fits within those dimensions and does not exceed 8’ high.
Below is an initial rendering of the exhibit hall to help aid in table top exhibit selection. Please note the final layout will depend on number of sponsors and posters, and AFS has the right to adjust the layout and reassign selections.
Exhibitor Assignments
As sponsors are confirmed, we will detail table assignmenets below.
Exhibit Installation and Removal
Installation of exhibits will be on Tuesday, April 20, 2027, from 12:00 – 5:00 p.m. No exhibits may be dismantled before 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 22, 2027. All materials and displays not dismantled by 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 22, 2027, will be discarded.

Exhibitor Move Out: Thursday, April 22 (4:00 – 6:00 p.m. ET)
Payment Policy
Confirmations will be provided after receipt of payment. No exhibit space may be reserved without payment in full. All exhibitor contracts received with full payment will be confirmed on a space-available basis. Table assignments will be emailed as an assignment is made to the contact listed on the exhibitor contract. AFS reserves the right to make assignments or reassignments as necessary.
