LEADERSHIP ELECTIONS

One of the most important responsibilities you have as an AFS member is to help select the future leaders of the organization.  AFS is now accepting nominations for the Board of Directors of the Society and 2nd Vice-chair of AFS.

Consider fellow members who would be strong candidates to lead AFS into the future.  A Current member of the AFS Board of Directors must be the nominee for 2nd Vice-Chair.  In addition to the 2nd Vice-chair, we will elect six Board of Directors for a 2-year term.  Both the nominee and nominator must be current members of the Society.  Please review the nomination guidelines, complete the nomination form, and return the completed form to Lyn Sholl.  The deadline for nominations is Friday, March 10.  Elections will begin the week of March 13.

Instructions:

1. Contact the potential nominee to gauge interest in running for leadership
2. Ask nominee to complete the bio and qualifications
3. Sign as the first endorser
4. Find a second nominator to sign as the second endorser
5. Email the completed form to Lyn Sholl no later than March 10.
