 Duane has his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston, and has worked as a Product Design Engineer, Business Development Director and Technical Service Engineer for the Produced Water Market in such companies as Vortoil Separation Systems, USFilter, Siemens Water Technologies, and Veolia.

To capitalize on more than 30 years in the produced water market Duane started Intelligent Water Solutions to focus on the development of companies and products in the water equipment space. He has been an active member of the Produced Water Society for the last 32 years, and currently serves on the Technical Committee. He also serves on the Permian Basin Water in Energy committee and was selected as the Chairman of the Board of the Texas Water in Energy Institute at the University of Texas Permian Basin in 2019.
