Edward C. Gregor is Managing Director of Edward C. Gregor & Associates, LLC, is a specialist with focus in the creation of growth for companies having new or under-exploited technologies and manufacturing capabilities in filtration, performance materials and systems used in the industry. He has developed several of the most advanced filtration media and filter technologies on behalf of client companies over the years.

Ed and an associate, John Lovell have an merger, acquisition and divestiture business with a specific focus on air and liquid filtration and coalescing companies with sales between $10 and approximately $300 million under the name of GL Capital, LLC.

Ed Gregor is co-founder of the American Filtration & Separations Society in 1987, and has served as past Chairman in 1990 and again in 2004 and was awarded the AFS Lifetime Achievement Award in 2010. He also serves on the AFS Corporate Sponsors Committee.  He is frequent organizer of filtration conferences, sessions and presents at conferences on behalf of client companies. Mr. Gregor is the chairman of Filtration News magazine technical advisory board.
