With the capability to expand materials down to .001” (0.025mm) thickness, up to 60” (1.5 M) wide, and produce pore sizes down to 30 micron, our technical staff can work with you to develop the optimum design to improve flow rate, strength, and particle retention.

The PolyGrid™ expanded polymers are manufactured utilizing ductile polymers including Teflon®, polypropylene, polyethylene, and nylons. These polymers are typically used for membrane support and separation in pleated filter cartridges.
