Filtration and Separation Technology LLC (dba F.A.S.T. LLC ) is the exclusive worldwide distributor of Parker Hannifin’s Electrocoat Paint Ultrafiltration Elements;. F.A.S.T. LLC is also the worldwide distributor for Parker’s Anocels, Housings, and Accessories plus its own complete line of liquid filter bags, housing and systems to compliment the Parker/F.A.S.T Electocoat Paint product line.

History:

Parker’s Electrocoat Paint Ultrafiltration Elements originate from the company (AMT) that implemented the first manufacture and application of spiral ultrafiltration elements into Electrocoat paint applications. Parker, through its efforts and those of its predecessors (Domnick Hunter, PTI Advanced Filtration and AMT) has become the performance leader in spiral ultrafiltration elements in this demanding industry. In 2009, F.A.S.T. LLC assumed the marketing, sales, and customer support functions while Parker focused on quality manufacturing and engineering of high performance products for E-coat Paint conditioning. In addition, F.A.S.T.LLC has expanded its product offering to include a broad line of anolyte “T” cells, RO and NF elements, tangential flow housings, anolyte, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis systems, liquid bags, housings and systems, and filtration and separation technical support for the E-coat industry.

Facilities:

Parker’s Process Advanced Filtration division manufactures and engineers its E-coat membranes and spiral filtration elements in a state of the art 120,000 square foot facility in Oxnard, California USA. This facility is ISO 9000-2000 and committed to environmentally friendly, quality manufacturing of high performance filtration and separation products.

Filtration and Separation Technology LLC has its marketing, sales, customer service, technical services, warehouse, and distribution in newly remodeled 7,000 square foot facility in LaPorte, Indiana USA. This convenient location has excellent access to overland trucking through local access to a Madrid of interstate highways servicing all of the USA, Canada, and Mexico. Both domestic and international airports are a short distance away. International shipments can be easily expedited either through Chicago O’Hare International Airport from F.A.S.T. or Los Angeles International Airport from Parker.

Distribution:

In addition to its sales and distribution office in LaPorte, IN, F.A.S.T. LLC has an extensive distribution network worldwide to service our customers in Asia, Australia, North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Our regional distributors, in addition to providing local sales, customer service, and inventory, often support our customers with technical and physical services just a short distance away. At its LaPorte headquarters, F.A.S.T. LLC’s goal is to have in inventory, more than 95% of its customer’s demand. In emergency situations, F.A.S.T. has provided same day shipment and has even delivery service to nearby customers. It is F.A.S.T.’s goal to be the pre eminent provider of E-coat separation products and services.

Technical Service:

Through its internal resources, dedicated distributors and agents, and external consultants, F.A.S.T. has full service technical capabilities. This includes system sizing and design, trouble shooting, field consultation, system installation, and separation and operational training. Depending on the nature and extensiveness of the project, technical services may be done in the normal course of our operation or on a fee based program.
