Registration: All presenting authors are required to register to confirm their attendance at the Conference on or before May 5, 2008 . Abstracts will not be included in the Technical Program and Proceedings if the registration form is not received by this date.
Due Date: All abstracts in word format, electronic versions are due January 31, 2008 .
Papers or PowerPoint Presentations: All manuscripts or PowerPoint presentations for inclusion in the “Proceedings: are due by March 1 , 2008 .
Manuscripts should be a Microsoft Word or PDF document in English. The first page should include the paper title, author(s) names and addresses, the abstract and 5-10 keywords.
Author Data Sheet: All presenting authors are required to submit an Author Data Sheet to confirm their participation in oral presentation. If you have not submitted this form, please complete the Author Data Sheet and return it to us by email (preferred) or FAX before May 1, 2008..
Oral Presentation:
Oral presentations of contributed papers are strictly limited to 25 minutes, which includes 20-minute presentation and 5-minute discussion.
A LCD projector and laptop computer will be provided in each conference room for computer-based PowerPoint presentations.
Any promotion of a commercial product/process or aggressive use of trade names or other forms of commercialism within the title, text or figures is not permitted in the technical sessions.
