TSI - New capabilities for Powerview Plus 2MP and 4MP cameras

The continuous improvement of the camera capability is our commitment to provide the best and state-of-the-art hardware for our customers. New capabilities are now added to the original powerful features of the popular Powerview Plus 2MP and 4MP cameras to meet the demands for PIV and PLIF applications.
The Model 630057 Powerview Plus 2MP camera now features a CCD array with high quantum efficiency of 58% with low electronics noise. Pixel binning provides increased frame rate and camera sensitivity, making the camera particularly useful for low illumination PIV applications and for concentration or temperature measurements using the PLIF technique.
The Model 630059 Powerview Plus 4MP camera now provides an increased frame rate of up to 78 fps at 12 by 12 binning from the original 16 fps at no binning. Likewise the pixel binning on the 4MP camera makes it ideal for concentration or temperature measurements using PLIF.
