has acquired the assets of KX Industries, L.P.
We are pleased to announce that Marmon Water LLC through a subsidiary has acquired the assets of KX Industries, L.P. Going forward, the company’s new name is KX Technologies LLC. Attached is the Press Release regarding this change.
A strong management team with significant experience in the water treatment industry has been appointed to lead the new organization:
Donald Caulfield, formerly President of KX Industries, L.P., has been appointed President of KX Technologies LLC.
Mohammed A. Bayati, has been appointed Vice President Sales and Marketing; he has over eighteen years of experience in the carbon industry with companies such as Calgon Carbon Corp and Barnebey Sutcliffe Corp
Frank A. Brigano, Ph.D., has been appointed Vice President Technology; Frank has over twenty years of experience in development of water products and services, including 18 years of service with Culligan International.
Bruce R. Belcher, has been appointed Vice President Operations; Bruce has over thirteen years of experience in filtration and separation, including extensive experience at Pall Corporation.
Leon R. Drake II, has been appointed Vice President of Finance; Leon has over seven years of financial reporting experience with Marmon Group.
