FOR DIESEL-ENGINE MISSIONS TECHNOLOGY
MINNEAPOLIS - Nov. 3, 2004 - Donaldson Company Inc. (NYSE: DCI) announced it is launching a new online resource center designed to provide key tools and information for diesel-engine truck owners, operators and maintenance personnel needing to conform with pending nationwide emissions standards. Located online at www.donaldson.com/en/erc , Donaldson's new Emissions Resource Center Web site provides free access to key emissions-control information, including descriptions of leading technologies used to reduce engine emissions, the benefits of retrofitting a diesel-engine exhaust system, and the potential health impacts of diesel-engine emissions.
"There's a great deal of information on the Web that focuses on emission-reduction technologies and emissions-standards legislation, but it can be very cumbersome to sift through," said Steve Kean, director - engine group marketing, Donaldson Company.
