Conference Sponsor and Tabletop Exhibit request form

As a Conference Sponsor, you will receive the publicity of being a corporate leader in the Filtration Industry. And this publicity will extend beyond the AFS Technical Conference to the AFS Conference Website. A Conference Sponsor will receive:

• Company logo on the AFS conference website before, during and after conference
• Company name and logo displayed on the Conference Brochure
• Company name and logo displayed throughout the Technical Conference area

Conference Sponsorships are available for only $1000.

AFS Corporate Sponsors receive a 50% discount on conference sponsorships.

Tabletop Exhibition

You can also display your products and meet with industry experts with a conference Tabletop display. This is a six foot table display that is located right outside the technical presentation rooms.

These displays are available for only $1000. AFS Corporate Sponsors receive a $250 discount for a fee of $750. There is a charge of $25 for electricity.

Tabletop Exhibit does not include conference registration.

AFS Corporate Sponsors receive a 25% discount on tabletop exhibits.

Most of the tabletop traffic will occur during breaks, lunches and the Tuesday evening networking reception. So it is possible to attend the conference and man your tabletop.

However, please note that a tabletop does not include conference registration. If the person(s) manning the booth intends on attending the technical sessions they should be registered for the conference.

Schedule:

Monday
The tabletops will be available for setup on Monday afternoon. AFS has short courses on Monday, so there is not significant traffic on that day.

Tuesday
The conference starts at 8:00 am. The first break is at 9:50 am. The lunch is 11:50 am - 1:20 pm. There is an afternoon break and a networking reception 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm.

Wednesday
The schedule is the same as Tuesday, except there is no networking reception on Wednesday.

Thursday
The technical sessions start at 8:15. There is a morning break. The conference ends at noon. It is ok to breakdown your display after the mid-morning break.
