Porex® Tubular Membrane Filter™  (TMF) Modules for microfiltration and ultrafiltration, contain unique, patented (PVDF/PVDF option), structural membrane tubes. Used in cross flow filtration and high solids filtration, the superior strength of the membrane/substrate composite allows higher operating and backwash pressures for higher flux and reduced system footprint. The structural composite membrane features PVDF membrane bonded to PVDF substrate or anchored to PE substrate. The resulting membrane/substrate composite resists damage from scratching and abrasion as well as tolerating high pressure in forward and reverse flow conditions and features broad chemical, temperature and abrasion resistance. Applications include CMP wastewater treatment, dewatering oil emulsions, hydrofluoric acid wastewater treatment, and heavy metal wastewater filtration.

The patented Porex® Radial Cartridge Filter, has a one piece molded construction which is extremely durable, backwashable and chemically resistant. Used in industrial filtration systems, the molded radial channel design is open to allow efficient surface capture and release of contaminants during cleaning or back-washing. Applications include amine gas sweeting filtration, ink filtration systems, slurry filters, pharmaceutical filtration systems, trap filtration, metal finishing and completion fluids.
